With her rare combination of femininity and dynamism, Eva Green's captivating presence naturally hasn't gone unnoticed. Known for her starring role in the James Bond film Casino Royale through which she became a household name, her previous work had spanned notable films and television series which she chose always based on the characters she would portray. Her acting career so far has been characterised by enviable collaborations, such as that with Bertolucci (in the film Dreamers - her first film role in 2003), Ridley Scott (where she played the role of Sybil in the film Kingdom of Heaven), and Daniel Craig and Johnny Depp, whilst this year, she will work for the first time with Tim Burton in the film Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. Despite her recognition in Hollywood, the actress who has French roots (she was born in Paris in 1980), prefers working in Europe in films in the independent cinema, such as Perfect Sense and White Bird. Her latest challenge however comes in the form of L'Oréal Professionnel which invited her to become its ambassador, due to the fact that one of her winning features is of course her brown, wavy hair, which perfectly frames her face in modern or classic hairstyles. "We chose Eva Green because she perfectly embodies our values: she closely follows fashion trends and trusts hairstylists, both on the big screen and beyond," says Anne-Laure Lecerf, International Managing Director of L'Oréal Professionnel on the collaboration. Green herself has said that "I am very happy to participate in this new adventure." Eva will be the new face of the most important launches of 2015, including the Wet Domination by Tecni.ART series which will be available soon.
